Bognor Regis is the biggest town in Arun District, with a real mix of homes. There are Victorian and Edwardian terraces near the town centre and seafront, post-war semis and bungalows further out, and newer estates around North Bersted and Shripney.
Lots of homes near the centre have no front drive, so a skip often has to go on the road. That needs a permit from West Sussex County Council, which we can arrange for you. In summer the seafront roads and the A259 get busy with visitors, so we try to deliver early in the day.

ACCESS
In the older streets around the town centre, most houses open straight onto the pavement. A skip here usually needs a road permit and lights, so allow time for that when you book. A skip bag on the front path can be quicker for a small job.
In Aldwick, Rose Green and the newer estates, most homes have a drive that takes a 4 or 6-yard skip. On estates with shared parking courts, check the skip will not block a neighbour.
LOCAL JOBS
Bognor has a lot of rented flats, holiday lets and retirement homes, so turnover clear-outs and full house clearances are some of the most common jobs we do here. A 6 or 8-yard skip clears most of a house in one go, mattresses included.
Kitchen and bathroom refits and garden makeovers are the other regular jobs. Keep any rubble or brick separate from general rubbish if you can, because clean hardcore goes in a 2 or 4-yard skip at the cheaper hardcore price.
